Service catalogue 2.0
The IT Services support teaching, research and administration by providing services in the field of information and communication technologies. Which IT services these are, which areas the individual IT services cover, which functions they contain and how they can be obtained is described in the IT Service catalogue. The service catalogue is an important element of ITS’s communication with its customers.
New service catalogue framework
As part of the new ITS website and the migration of Sherlock, the service catalogue framework has been revised. The most visible improvements are
- Individual services can now be assigned to several categories,
- the search in the external service catalogue has been expanded to include various options and
- the workflow from the internal service catalogue to the external service catalogue has been automated.
The address of the IT Service catalogue remains unchanged.
