Moving a window outside the screen
Upon changing workstations are files not visible or only partially visible on the screen after opening them? One option is to move the window using the Shift key.
Hold down the Shift key and right-click the programme in the taskbar for which the window has disappeared. A context menu appears. Click on “Move”. You can now use the arrows or the mouse to move the window onto the screen.
Docking Monitors topics
If you have an HP monitor, you can define window settings in the HP Display Center. For docking monitors and HP monitors in general, the HP Display Center can be installed without admin rights. This allows monitor settings and window positions to be defined and set up more individually via software.
