100th Nashuatec Printer Device Delivered
Printer Service: Following a WTO tender, contract was awarded to the printer brand Nashuatec on January 3, 2014. This relatively unknown brand is identical to the commonly used Ricoh brand.
Milestone Delivery
On August 13 2014, the ITS delivered the 100th printer unit from the tender at Walchwiler Berg (research station Früebüel, Zugerberg). At this point, we can look back and compile some statistics:

The relatively large number of deliveries to the ITS also includes test and reserve devices, which are then passed on to other organizational units.

In the tender 6 different device types were offered. Of these, 5 types are in use so far:

In the ITS-tender nine bids were submitted. These were all evaluated by the same criteria where in addition to the technical requirements, the economic and environmental aspects were also taken into account.
