IT Security During the Holidays
Whether in the office, at home or on the road: IT security is always a prime issue.
For most of us the main holiday season is about to start. Make sure to protect your IT devices during your absence. Important to remember: Thieves never take vacation!
Handy reminders from the Network Security Group:
- Disconnect all IT devices at home and in the office from the mains
- Store backups and password lists in a secure locked place
- Never login to sensitive sites from other people’s computers (if necessary take along a mobile device)
