ZO-Support transferred to ITS-Service Delivery
As of July 1 2011 IT-support for the Central Bodies has been transferred to the division ITS-Service Delivery (ITS-SDL).
Despite the above organisational change a sense of continuity will be maintained:
- the support group led by Mr. Richard Zimmermann remains available as in the past
- processes remain unchanged
- technical and financial resources are being transferred to ITS-SDL
Ms Yasmin Irani, Head of ITS-SDL will assume overall responsibility for the service.
ITS-Academic Management Applications remains responsible for OIS.
