The new semester at ETH Zurich has successfully started with about 2700 Bachelor and 600 Master newly joined students plus 350 exchange students.

Included with your documents all new students have also received the «IT Student Services» pocket guide. The latter is an overview containing important information relevant to your studies. You will find helpful information on IT support, user services, the ETH network and your mailbox, in addition to many important links.
The IT world is in constant motion
To ensure that students are kept up to date, a current web version of the eight-page pocket guide can be found on our ITS web page «Documentations, Reports & Publications». We recommend checking the updated version regularly not only for our new members but for all other students as well.
