CMN Directive for ETH Central Bodies
The CMN directive (Corporate Mobile Network) for ETH Central Bodies, adopted by the Executive Board last November, has reached the final stages of implementation in the various sectors (management, central staff offices, etc.).
Each sector shall regulate certain details to suit individual needs. The latter is primarily in regard to which employees are eligible for
- Categorie I www.id.ethz.ch/services/list/voice/cmn_mobile/zo/cat1_EN
- respectively Categorie II www.id.ethz.ch/services/list/voice/cmn_mobile/zo/cat2_EN
- a free internet subscription at their home address
Until web sites are finalized and back-office tools available a temporary solution has been implemented.
The above directive does not affect departments or other units outside the Central Bodies (ZO).
